Scope and contact

Dola AI uses cookies and browser storage to support sign-in, preferences and creative workflows. This notice explains those uses alongside our Privacy Policy, which identifies the operator and describes personal-data rights. Contact support@dolai.art with questions.

Cookies are small values saved by your browser. Local storage, session storage and IndexedDB also keep information on your device; they are not all cookies. This notice and continued browsing do not constitute consent to optional tracking.

Storage used by the service

• Authentication and security: sign-in, session verification and an OAuth flow you initiate use cookies. Authentication sessions are configured for seven days and may refresh during use; the session cache is configured for up to one hour. Blocking these cookies may prevent sign-in or account features.
• Preferences: the site can remember language, theme and sidebar choices. The language cookie is configured for up to 400 days and the sidebar cookie for seven days. Theme preferences in local storage have no fixed automatic expiry.
• Creative drafts and task recovery: browser storage can retain prompts, settings, reference files and task identifiers so you can return to a draft or follow generation progress. Some recovery information is scoped to your account; avoid leaving private drafts on a shared device. Time limits on restoring a draft or login handoff do not guarantee deletion of the underlying browser data.

Browser storage may remain until it is replaced, removed by the application or cleared through browser settings. Session storage is associated with a browser tab/session; browser restoration behavior can vary. Files uploaded or generated on the server are separate from browser copies and follow the Privacy Policy.

Optional analytics, support and external services

The current Dola AI release configuration leaves optional analytics and embedded chat unconfigured. Advertising pixels and interest-based advertising cookies are not enabled by this configuration. We do not treat a delayed script load as consent.

If optional analytics or embedded support is introduced, we will explain the service and its storage and obtain consent where required before enabling it. A necessary choice mechanism must be available before consent-dependent tools are activated. We do not claim that this page itself provides such a mechanism.

When you choose Google sign-in or open a Waffo checkout, those providers may use their own cookies on their services under their own notices. Their cookies are separate from Dola AI's browser storage.

Your controls

Use your browser's site-data controls to inspect, delete or restrict cookies, local storage and IndexedDB. Clear Dola AI site data on a shared device when you finish. Clearing it can sign you out and remove local preferences, draft files or recovery information; keep any work you need first. Restricting necessary storage can prevent some features from working.

Clearing browser data does not delete your server account, cancel a subscription or erase payment-provider records. Use Billing to cancel renewal and contact support about server-side data requests. Any later material change to these storage uses will be reflected in this notice.
