1. Subscriptions & Billing
Are the prices shown on the page billed monthly or annually?
Switch between Monthly and Annual with the toggle above the plans. Annual billing is charged once per year at a lower effective monthly rate; the monthly figure shown on annual plans is the yearly price divided by 12. Monthly billing is charged every month at the listed monthly price. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Can I cancel at any time after subscribing? What happens after cancellation?
Open Billing to see the management options available for your payment provider. Waffo self-service cancellation, plan changes and proration are not available here; contact support for help. A support request alone does not confirm a cancellation.
What payment methods are supported for subscriptions?

Can I get an invoice or receipt?

2. Credits & Generation Quota
What are credits and what can they be used for?
Credits are the consumption unit on this platform. Generating images or videos consumes a corresponding amount of credits. Higher tier plans provide more plan credits (Basic 3,000 / Plus 8,000 / Pro 40,000) and allow for larger generation volumes.
What happens if I use up all my available credits for the month?
- Wait for the next monthly subscription credit refresh;
- Or purchase a one-time credit pack, which stacks with your subscription.
- To discuss a plan change, contact support from Billing rather than buying a second subscription.
Will unused credits rollover to the next month?
Subscription credits refresh monthly and unused subscription credits do not roll over. Annual plans are billed once a year but still receive one month's credits at a time, not all 12 months upfront. One-time credit packs and non-expiring bonus credits remain in your balance.
Does the Free plan have no credits and mean it cannot be used at all?
Free plan users receive bonus credits upon login, which can be used for generation services. You can also participate in platform events to earn more credits.

Paid users enjoy faster queue speeds during peak hours, reducing wait times and ensuring more stable image and video generation.
What are "Parallel Generation Tasks"?
The number of parallel generation tasks determines how many generation tasks you can submit simultaneously. Basic supports 1, Plus supports 2, and Pro supports 4. Higher parallelism improves efficiency during batch creation.
What is the Canvas feature, and how does it differ from free user access?
Canvas is a visual editing workspace provided for creators—a professional-grade video workflow. This feature is exclusively available to paid users.
Is "New Model Early Access" only available for paid plans?
Yes. When new models are launched, paid users can experience them first, while other tiers will receive access later.
