Dola AI services, billing, credits, cancellation and responsible AI use.
Operator and service
Legal operator: Wang Liao, an individual operator based in China, operating under the service brand Dola AI. References to “we”, “us” and “our” in these terms mean this operator. Contact support@dolai.art about the service or these terms.
Dola AI provides online AI image and short-video generation, image editing, creative effects, previews, downloads and generation history. Users enter prompts or provide authorized reference images or audio. Purchases are access to digital services and generation credits; no physical goods are shipped. AI output can change appearance, contain errors or differ from expectations. A purchase does not guarantee a particular artistic result or clear third-party rights.
Available models are supplied by third parties, including the Gemini/Nano Banana, GPT Image, Seedream, Qwen, Grok, Veo, Kling, MiniMax, Seedance and Runway variants listed in the interface. Availability and settings vary. Dola AI is independent and is not an official application of or endorsed by these providers.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, legally able to agree to these terms, and authorized to act for any organization you represent. Provide accurate account details and protect your credentials. Do not share accounts to bypass usage limits or access another person's private assets.
Prices and billing
We offer recurring subscriptions and separate one-time credit packs. Current features and prices appear on Pricing; the price, currency, tax and billing interval shown at checkout govern the purchase.

Monthly subscriptions are charged monthly. Annual subscriptions are charged once per year, with included credits allocated monthly throughout the paid term. By confirming subscription checkout you authorize automatic renewal at the disclosed interval until canceled. Taxes, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Material future pricing changes will be disclosed before they apply and do not reprice an already-paid period.
One-time packs cost USD 7.99 for 1,500 credits, USD 12.99 for 3,000, USD 29.99 for 8,000, USD 54.99 for 15,000, and USD 119.99 for 40,000. Packs do not renew or automatically recharge.
Eligible active Plus/Pro subscriptions include unlimited use of specifically listed models, subject to concurrent-task limits, supported parameters and acceptable use. Other models use credits. Credit packs alone do not grant unlimited access. The generator displays a quote before submission; the server validates entitlement and cost.
Credit delivery, validity and consumption
Digital entitlements are granted after successful payment verification. A pending checkout is not proof of delivery. Subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly allocation period and do not roll over. Purchased pack credits have no scheduled expiry and remain available after subscription cancellation while the account remains usable. Eligible credit grants are consumed oldest first, by their creation order. Credits are service units, not cash, and are not transferable or redeemable for money.
Requests rejected before admission use no generation credits. Failed admitted generations return any credits actually deducted through the ledger. A returned generation credit is separate from a refund of the purchase.
Cancellation
Open Settings → Billing. For Waffo, choose Cancel renewal and confirm. For another supported provider, use Manage subscription. Cancellation is confirmed when Billing or the provider reports it; cancel before the next renewal is processed to stop that charge. Contact support@dolai.art if the online action fails.
Canceling stops renewal and keeps access through the current paid period. Subscription credits retain their monthly expiry, and purchased pack credits keep their validity. Cancellation, refund requests and account deletion are separate actions. Cancel renewal before deleting an account.
Payment and refunds
For Waffo checkouts, Waffo Pancake is the merchant of record and handles payment, applicable transaction taxes and approved refunds under its transaction terms. Dola AI supplies the digital service. We do not store full payment-card numbers or security codes.
First-time subscription purchases and credit-pack purchases are eligible for a refund request within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided no purchased credits or paid subscription benefits have been used. Verified duplicate charges are refunded in full. Failed generations return deducted credits. See Refund and Cancellation Policy for delivery failures, exceptions, review times and application details. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
Upload rights and likeness consent
Upload only material you own or are authorized to process for its intended use. Every identifiable person must have consented to AI processing of their photo, likeness or voice. Possession of a file, a public photo or celebrity status does not establish authorization. Unauthorized photos/voices, impersonation and non-consensual intimate material are prohibited. You are responsible for holding the required permissions before uploading or requesting generation. A user declaration, where requested, is not independent proof of consent; we may request evidence or restrict disputed material.
You retain rights you already have in your inputs. You grant only the non-exclusive permission needed to store, process and transmit them to providers to deliver the requested service, conduct safety checks and resolve support/legal issues. Private uploads are not licensed for unrelated public advertising. Check copyright, trademark, likeness and music rights before publishing results.
Acceptable use and enforcement
The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms. It prohibits pornography/NSFW, violence/gore, hate, unsafe child content, deepfakes/impersonation, NCII and intellectual-property infringement. Requests may be blocked or held for review. We can remove content, restrict generation, suspend accounts or terminate access for violations, with reporting and appeal routes described in that policy. Safety checks cannot guarantee detection of every violation.
Privacy, availability and changes
The Privacy Policy describes processing and user data rights. Model availability and outages may affect delivery. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a specific creative result. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material policy or billing changes will be communicated through a service notice where appropriate.
